The practices were simplicity by nature, but the amount of detail that then went into the practices, and the connection that Tosh has with the players brought the session alive. The coaches were amazed at the level of detail, related to the game, that Tosh was able to deliver across to the players in a very engaging, competitive and player led environment. All of the coaches and staff at the Hearts Academy thoroughly enjoyed the session and have undoubtedly learned some techniques to use with the players to develop their intelligence and leadership skills.

On the day, Tosh had coaches of all ages and experiences absolutely captivated by his stories, analogies and ideas in the classroom session. Once we went out on the pitch I was in awe of the way that Tosh built respect, rapport and confidence in the group of players. The lads were mixed ability, ranging from U13s to U15s, but Tosh had them eating out the palm of his hand.
